Can I be made redundant as an Architectural Technician when my company are sub contracting work to Architects?
I am on my redundancy notice due to ‘lack of work’ but the company have given work to Architect firms recently meaning that there is work available. Is this legal and can I challenge it?

It depends on the country that you are working in. In the US, you will have no legal action since you are a Technician and not an actual Architect. Contract Architect will not use the services of the client’s technicians due to legal obligations and E&O insurance policies.
