Can i be sued for breach of contract in england?
Hi
I am working in england for a company.According to contract, i need to give 2 months notice but company has to give only 1 month notice.
is it fair?
Can they sue me if i give them only 1 month notice?
If they sue me, what can they claim?

yes its fair as u signed the contract. u will loose ur last 2 month salary if u will give 1 month notice
