you likely won’t be able to do this with a BIG company, since they probably get 100 letters/emails every day from every person under the sun with ideas/suggestions
your best bet is ask a patent lawyer. You can’t actually patent drinks, but you can patent some of the processes if they are unique, but in addition to that, they have industry contacts in most fields, and if they don’t, they can contact someone who does.
if this is a liquor, then its likely distilled, which unfortunately you can’t do yourself in most areas without special permits, but you could contact a local distiller and ask for an appointment, but make sure you have all your ideas documented and dated, and give ONLY what is needed to wet their appetite, just in case the company thinks its such a great idea they decide to steal it.
most larger companies won’t include you in the product, they would rather pay you for your process/idea, and do it themselves, but if its a small local company, they might include you.
