Is Al Harbi Trading and Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia a Good Company?

I got job offer from this company and I would like to know more of the company’s tradition and system with regards to compensation and accommodation. And I heard there are many liar companies in Saudi Arabia who doesn’t give what is written on the contract and does not provide suitable accomodation. Also, are there any racial discrimination between nationalities? I am from India and I wanted to know badly if this company is a good choice or not. Based from their wensite, I feel secured about the company but those are merely texts and company will definitely not devulge any information with regards to their business practices. Please enlighten me if i should go or not go for this company. Thanks!

Can a mortgage company keep money from a homeowners insurance settlement without paying contractor?

I work for a contracting company and recently we changed the roof on a house that was damaged by a storm. The insurance company sent a check to pay for the work done on the roof. The check was drawn out to the owner of the house and the mortgage company, the owner told the mortgage company to keep the money from the insurance settlement to pay for his past mortgage payments and now the owner has not paid us (the contractor) and the mortgage company refuses to hand over the proceeds to us (the contractor), when the roof has been completely repaired. Is this legal?

How do you file a law suit agaist a company in a state different from yours?

I hired a contracting company in Pa for a landscaping job to be done in NJ. They have failed to complete the job and I find it necessary to file a suit. How would I go about this because they are a PA company. Thanks for any insight.
Just to clarify:
The company began the job and abandoned it along with all their tools and equipment that were left at the NJ site. They will not return phone calls etc.

Demonstrators who opposed a day-laborer center in the District gathered yesterday outside a Northeast shopping plaza to ask authorities to disperse the mostly Hispanic day laborers who continue to gather there to look for work.

About two dozen protesters affiliated with the groups DefendDC and Help Save Maryland assembled outside the Home Depot on Rhode Island Avenue in Northeast. They were met by about 15 counterdemonstrators who showed up to support the workers.

Members of the protest group held signs and complained of crimes regularly committed by laborers, as many as 200 of whom congregate daily at the site to link up with contractors for jobs. The hugely popular shopping center Rhode Island Plaza is strategically wedged between two major D.C. corridors (New York Avenue and Rhode Island Avenue). Major attractions there include a Metro station and a Metrobus junction. There’s a major distraction there, too: The site has become a magnet for crime. "As many as 200 mostly Hispanic day laborers congregate each day at the shopping plaza, which includes a Home Depot and Giant grocery store, looking to link up with contractors for jobs," Gary Emerling of The Washington Times reported Friday. "Residents have complained that some of the workers loiter, drink alcohol and urinate in public."But misdemeanants aren’t the only offenders who gather there. Rhode Island Plaza is also popular with thieves, assailants, illegal aliens and jackleg contractors. It’s a disgraceful situation, because instead of enforcing the law, City Hall thumbs its nose at residents, consumers and the law.As the mayor of a sanctuary city, Adrian Fenty placates misdemeanants and felons alike by refusing to insist that D.C. officers enforce immigration and local laws. The day laborers, who are neither solely illegal aliens nor Hispanics, are wholly comfortable with that policy. They know they can use the shopping center as a public toilet and public watering hole and get away with it. They know that in practice (though not necessarily policy), the police are keenly focused on protection — not prevention.
