How much does it cost to build my own home in Western MA?

Just a ballpark guess as to what would it cost If I wanted to build my own home in Western MA. Assume I owned the land but I needed to clear the land, dig a foundation, build a 1800 (+/- 200) sq ft home (from a kit maybe) add a well and septic. Hiring contractors for most of the work.
I realize there are a millon things that could change the cost, but give me a range for what i have described. I’m looking to see if I think I can afford to do it.

well, reconsturction costs are about 120.00 per finished square foot, say, for builders grade everything, so, i would say $100-$120 per finnished square foot, that includes contractors overhead, permits and such, but this figure doesnt include the well, septic, electric from the road to the house.
so, when someone said 150,000 they are out of their minds.
unless you will be building it them selves, i say, min of 215,000
