I am going to negotiate a price for a brand new home tomorrow. It is a two double bedroom place, main bedroom has en suite and built in wardrobes. Large living area, Kitchen/ dining area leading onto a lovely sized (not overlooked) garden. A nice big garage to the side and lovely location. It is on at £229,950 i hate the negotiation bit!! I want to get the best price possible coming to a deal where they can include all carpets/floor coverings. Any tips? and a guideline as to what i should offer realistically.
