Well its good i have stumbled upon this question and hopefully you will get any idea before you jump in to that company. Basically I was a previous employee of that company and their head office is in Riyadh. The Company Information is as such:

Al-Harbi Trading and Contracting Company

Owned by Abdullah O. Al-Harbi (mostly known as Abu Fahad)
CEO: Naif Al-Harbi (simply Mr. Naif)
Office: Riyadh Saudi Arabia
Work Site: Their Large project is in Jubail where I was deployed. I was working with them in their Pipeline project in Jubail as a Civil Engineer.

Here's what i have experienced:

This company is not paying their employees on the right time. They will hold one month of your salary as a bond. And every month there is no exact date of giving the salary. If they give you job offer the total amount will be cut into 70/30 meaning from your total job offer 70% of that is your basic and 30% is fixed overtime and will force you to work 10 hours even if your contract is only 8 hours. This company is full of egyptians and treatment among egyptians will be the best among nationalities for example egyptians will be living in a single villa with new cars but some of the same categories will be living in their provided camp without any question and if you are ever entitled for a car, you will definitely beg for it. They do not provide driving license even if they will issue you a service vehicle and most of employees here end up in jail for 24 hours for driving without license. Most of the managers here are egyptians who love to shout to their employess even labor. Their punishment for people is very grave, (this applies to poor labors on site) example they caught you resting after a work then they will cut 2 days in your salary. Imagine 2 days of salary for a penalty of resting. Even if it is sandstorm on site, they will not stop the work and labor suffers. They dont listen to engineers and definitely dont trust engineers. General foreman has power over engineers and it is not acceptable. There is no proper system in this company and you will be given jobs that is not in your league anymore. They hire people that is not competent for the job and force you to train those people. This is Al-Harbi Training and Contracting Company! They promise to give you overtime but they will give you only on the first months and will defineitely stop it after 3 months or so. They also promise full medical insurance but instead they will give you 80% coverage only and 20% you will pay in your own pocket. Also if it is your time to go home for vacation or exit, they will not allow you to go or they will hold you in their private camp for a month or more that is like a house of rats and full of bed bugs which is a horrorful dirty accommodation in sulay camp in riyadh. Please spread the word people and let's prevent them from taking advantage of the people in their own gain. Let's give them the fruit of their own system. This is the worst from the list of worst companies.
