]]> I work as a sub contractor kinda for a man. He claims my wages as sub but it is his way of not having payroll. He does not do 1099. I really want to file taxes for 2007. Can i without a 1099? Also how do i set up an account with my state, MA, so that i can start paying taxes. I want to be a legit worker.
