I live in a small village in south england, on the weekend some items of food were stolen from a kitchen in a local hotel around 3am, I was in the area as I was trying to get a friend home or to look for his friend as he had missed his taxi. 3 people who all have history with me therefore hold a grudge saw me in the area and told the police they saw me running away from the hotel, me and me mate were arrested and bailed on the suspicion of burgulry, there is no one sayin we where in the hotel and no proof to say we were seen apart from 3 peoples word of mouth, what are the chances of this going any further eg being taken to court etc, if it does then my hopes of joining the marines next year will be gone as i already have a criminal record…
